Description

Students will be introduced to test taking skills and strategies to help them perform their best when it comes to a test. 

Objectives

1. Students will identify test taking skill they can utilize for their own purpose  

2. Students will be able to identify test taking strategies 

3. Students will implement learned skills and strategies

Activity Options

• Handout:  Quiz - Print a copy for each student.  Fun activity to kick-off the presentation.  Hand it out and ask students to keep it flipped over until ready. 

• Handout:  Worksheets to Practice Strategies - There are a number of worksheets that can be printed to practice the different strategies.  Depending on the time you have you can do multiple worksheets or pick one that is of the biggest challenge for your group of students.  This was a free resource.
